Do you know what's going on in our political world lately?

Big Fish VS. Ex-Big Fish
(But looks like very small fish now)
Aiyoyo..We all know that Dr. M. has been openly and "constructively" criticising the government HE once presided over, the government HE helped build.
I think Dr. M is wayyyyyy overboard. I'm not suggesting that he should shut his trap, oh no. Because he made some good points. Badawi better buck up before the next general elections or he'll be in serious trouble! But does Dr. M. have to make it public?
In psych terms we call it, "attention seeking disorder". Hah. Bluffing nia. No such disorder BUT there should be :P
If he did it because
1) He realizes where he went on during his time as Prime Minister
2) He really believes that some policies/decisions need reviewing
Be my guest lah. Say all you want.
BUT
The fact that he's critisizing for all of the nation to see is disgraceful despite what he says about "my right to say what I want in a democratic country".
Hypocrite!
What democracy?
What rights?
Now you're not in power and you realize what a "shaddap" country this is, your turn to bu suang?
*Translation : Bu suang(Mandarin) can mean any feelings ranging from uncomfortable to anger.
If you want to say something, tell the government privately lah. Making this into a circus show totally contradicts the "constructive-ness" he claims!!
And then some people ah.. SO AFRAID of criticism, SO AFRAID of "freedom of speech". I'm not saying that you should listen to a mad man talk crap about the government, but if someone has a legitimate reason and voices concerns, then listen lah!
"Oh, Dr. M. shouldn't bad mouth the government, it bad for the country. The citizens will not trust in their leader anymore."
What a load of BS.
But what do we expect? If they can't even take into account an Ex-PM's criticisms, what about the rest of us "common citizens"? That's why our country is sooooo backwards! Talk about "first-world mentality but act like "third-class government". When will they understand, without criticism, without challenge, how can there be change for the better?
Haih
*Shakes head*
Memang stupid!
*Translation : Memang (Malay) means definitely; surely; undeniably.

In private - the government can choose to ignore it. In public - they have less that choice.
lol.. hi yen khai..
how's exams?
sigh.. since when has the government taken heed to any public advice. im just surprised they didn't look dr. m. up. oh well, that's the double standard of it all :)
Well.. it's totally BS yeah.. Mr M should said he has the rights to speak like that. BUT IN FACT when he was the PM, nobody could ever do that... they will be spending their life behind the bars if they do so... for example, Anwar... and a few from the "ROCKET"
bad isnt it?
hypocrite
