Happy Valentine's Day! (Back in Melbourne)

Heh.. here's to all my lovers (loved ones obviously), LOL!!! Wishing you a splendid Valentine's Day :D

So, what did I do on this eventful day? Well.. mostly moving furniture, trying not to get myself killed. LOL. We went to the college to pay Annie's remaining fees and then to the bank to open up an account for her and Betty. By the time that was all done it was already 4pm! (1pm Malaysia). Seriously, the people here are terribly slow. After that we went to hunt for drawers. Because of the failed attempt yesterday at both Big W and Myers, we decided (thanks to Daddy's reminder) to go to ThE ReJecT ShoP. Hohoho.. before we'd even gotten to the bottom of the stairs, we saw what we needed. Picked up some other stuff (hangers, cups, pegs and what not), we lugged everything back to the apartment before setting out for dinner again. Had dinner at the ShangHai Dumpling place (looks at the leftovers) and went to Big W and Safeway to get some more stuff (yes, we'll be getting a lot more tomorrow and goodnesss knows till when) - Iron, tackboards, laundry baskets etc. etc.

OUCH! My shoulders hurt from dragging all the luggage from the airport yesterday. All in all 4 suitcases and three boxes, not to mention 3 hand carry luggages, 3 laptops and 3 bags PLUS my clarinet. O.M.G. Damned pain. =/

Even Yoko Yoko doesnt help. Looks for the chinese plaster. Ick, it smells!

Melb Uni is trying to kill me!!

YES! Ladies and gentlemen!

The stupiak uni has stuck again. Today, after the exchange rate finally dropped a little and after Dad FINALLY got the chance to pay my tuition fees, an offer letter came!!!!!!!

Dear Miss Su,

Congratulations! Your application for transfer to the following course at the University of Melbourne has been successful and I am delighted to offer you admission to the course as an international student.
Course: Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Teaching

And somewhere along the letter.....

Acceptance Due Date : 7 February 2006

It actually expired YESTERDAY! These people.. -.-" Although it was postmarked 23 January, you'd think they would make an effort to send us the offers ON TIME!

The thing she had worst feared has happened. Although he frowned upon the prospect of the old making awy for the new, he himself did exactly as she predicted. There's no telling how or when it started, it just did and there's not telling if there exists a chance for reconciliation. One can only hope against the odds for what began as something she was so sure could only come to a dead end. Never did he think about the possibility of such an outcome and she can barely balem him for she saw it in his flighty nature since the very beginning. Perhaps it was his need to feel free and see for himself the many wonders that she could not bring for him nor could she keep up. And she with her wish to settle and stay after a long journey made them see different light even if each thought the other a breath of fresh air. But the air in his place was too high up for her to ever reach.
